Shipping Policy

Before an item is sent out, the lead time will be dependent on the artist/artisan that you are buying from, and how long it takes them to make that specific product.

After it’s been dispatched, it will take approximately 3-5 working days for delivery with Royal Mail standard delivery and 2 days for 1st class tracked and signed.
Return & Exchange Policy
For most products, you have 28 days to notify us if you want to return or exchange the item and another 14 days to send them back. The return period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered.
Items that cannot be returned are as follows:

Any items that have been made to order or personalised cannot be returned, so please do check all personalisation carefully before you make a purchase.

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned.

Large items (such as framed art or furniture), will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Please contact us to discuss your item.

Some items may also be exempt from returns for other reasons, it will be made clear on the original listing if this is the case.

Items which have been opened and/or used and as such as therefore not resealable.
